Dirt Bikes in Popular Media

I'm a fan of newsletters. I subscribe to several, albeit I am very choosy which ones. Although in my young dad age my free thoughts have changed slightly, for most of my life, and even still, most of my free time is spent thinking about dirt bikes, mountain bikes, and off-roading. However, I do enjoy some other Dude Things such as travel, mainstream sports and motorsports, looking at cool tech like watches, whiskey and food, etc. That's what most of my newsletter subscriptions are about.

So, when I come across something Moto related in my newsletters, it's pretty cool. The 12.08.23 version of the Elevator newsletter included an article from Men's Journal about the Red Bull Tennessee Knockout Hard Enduro.

While Motocross and Supercross is usually the segment of our market that crosses over into the Mainstream (Ryan Dungey on the Wheaties box, MC and RC on Late Night TV, etc.), what a lot of the dirt bike industry doesn't often admit is that a large portion (though I don't know if it's the largest percentage) of motorcycle owners race or ride offroad; hare scrambles, hard enduro, trail riding with buddies, and so on.

This is likely an isolated incident, but I like being optimistic.
